I greatly welcome the fact that Sigmar Gabriel has made good and important arrangements for supplementary legally binding declarations on CETA during his talks with the Canadian Government and Prime Minister Trudeau in Canada.

CETA is a major opportunity to establish sound and fair rules for globalisation. I am convinced that CETA is a good agreement for Canada, for Europe and for Germany.
