Federal Foreign Office on attacks on coalition troops in Iraq
A Federal Foreign Office Spokesperson issued the following statement today (12 March) on a rocket attack on a military base in Taji in central Iraq:
We condemn the repeated rocket attacks on coalition troops in Iraq. Our thoughts go out to our US and UK partners and to the families of the victims. These attacks are absolutely unacceptable. They are further destabilising Iraq and putting the successes achieved in the fight against IS at risk.
