Today, two Israelis were killed and a third was wounded by a Palestinian attacker in the northern West Bank. We condemn this attack in the strongest possible terms. Our thoughts and sympathy are with the families of the victims. We wish those who were injured a speedy recovery.

It is simply unacceptable that some have even welcomed this act. We hope the perpetrator will be swiftly apprehended, and that he will be brought to justice.
