Statement by the Federal Foreign Office on the attacks in Sri Lanka
A Federal Foreign Office Spokesperson issued the following statement today (22 April):
On the basis of current knowledge, a German-American dual national was also among those who lost their lives in yesterday’s attacks. As far as we are aware at the present time, no further Germans were among the victims. Our thoughts are with the families and friends of the many people who were killed. We wish those who were injured a speedy recovery.
