Foreign Minister Steinmeier expresses his condolences to his Indian counterpart for the victims of the severe weather conditions
On 6 December, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier sent his Indian counterpart Sushma Swaraj a telegram expressing his condolences for the victims of severe flooding in India:
Dear Colleague,
I was deeply saddened to learn of the severe storms in southern India that have claimed many lives and caused great devastation.
My thoughts are with the victims and their families at this difficult time.
