We condemn this despicable attack on ISAF troops in the strongest possible terms. ISAF has been making a valuable contribution towards building up Afghan security forces and improving the security situation for people in that country for many years now. ISAF soldiers are working with great commitment and at considerable personal risk so that Afghanistan may enjoy a better future, stability and security. Our thoughts are with the families of the killed ISAF soldier and with those injured, whom we wish a speedy recovery.
