I urgently call on all parties in the conflict in Ukraine to continue along the path pursued in recent days and to use discussions to seek a political solution. There is no doubt that reverting to violence in Ukraine will not lead to a settlement or to a good future for the country.

We will continue our efforts towards a solution to the conflict. I also believe that we should follow the good example that the OSCE was able to set last weekend, in the negotiations on the release of prisoners in exchange for the vacation of public buildings, in the next phase of the search for a political solution.
