Federal Foreign Minister Westerwelle will meet his Paraguayan counterpart, José Fernández Estigarribia, at the Federal Foreign Office tomorrow (13 March).

The talks will focus on intensifying bilateral relations between Germany and Paraguay and on regional policy issues in Latin America.

In the course of the meeting the ministers will sign a joint declaration of intent concerning the plan to establish a private binational university in Asunción.
