Tomorrow (18 December) Michael Georg Link, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office and Commissioner for Franco-German Cooperation, is to travel to Paris to meet his counterpart Bernard Cazeneuve, the French Minister Delegate for European Affairs.

The visit of the two Ministers to the French Parliament will be the focus of the trip. The National Assembly’s Foreign Affairs and European Affairs Committees and the Senate’s European Affairs Committee will jointly hear Ministers Link and Cazeneuve.

Moreover, the two Ministers will talk about the preparations for the 50th anniversary of the Élysée Treaty on 22 January 2013.
