Foreign Minister Westerwelle to meet Ireland’s Foreign Minister Eamon Gilmore

Foreign Minister Westerwelle is to meet his Irish counterpart Eamon Gilmore for talks in Berlin tomorrow – Friday, 26 October 2012.

The talks will focus on the preparations for the Irish EU Presidency in the first half of 2013. Current European issues such as the EU’s multiannual financial framework and the deepening of economic and monetary union as well as international topics will also be discussed.
