On Tuesday, 4 September, Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle will welcome Pakistan Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar to Villa Borsig on Lake Tegel for political consultations over dinner. At this event, the two Foreign Ministers will sign a roadmap for a strategic dialogue between Germany and Pakistan.

The consultations will focus on the deepening of bilateral relations, recent developments in Pakistan, and the situation in the surrounding region, especially in Afghanistan.
