International experts are meeting at the Federal Foreign Office on Tuesday to discuss the further development of the OSCE into a security community.

The workshop is the first of four expert conferences being held in Berlin, Warsaw, Paris and Moscow. At the OSCE Ministerial Council in Vilnius on 6 December 2011, the Foreign Ministers of the four countries presented their joint initiative to study new ideas for the OSCE at a series of expert conferences.
