Foreign Minister Westerwelle to meet Swiss Foreign Minister Burkhalter

Tomorrow (7 March) Federal Councillor Didier Burkhalter, the head of the Swiss Confederation’s Department of Foreign Affairs, is visiting Berlin.

The agenda of his talks with Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle will cover bilateral issues as well as the situation in the Middle East and the wider region and other international issues.

Didier Burkhalter became Swiss Foreign Minister on 1 January 2012. He is making his first visit to Berlin in this capacity.
