Under the motto “Careers without Borders”, this year’s International Organizations Career Development Round Table will take place on 1 and 2 December at the Federal Foreign Office. Some 150 managers from over 60 international organizations and European institutions will discuss new developments in the field of human resources management with representatives of the Federal Foreign Office and the private sector. This year’s event is sponsored by Stiftung Mercator.

State Secretary Emily Haber will open the proceedings on Thursday (1 December). Director-General for Management Hans Carl von Werthern will then give a talk on career development in the German Foreign Service.
