The French Foreign Minister Alain Juppé and German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle will jointly open this year’s Conference of the Heads of German Missions at the Federal Foreign Office on Monday, 29 August. (This event is open to the press; please consult our press release of 25 August.)

The two Foreign Ministers will thereafter withdraw for bilateral talks, to discuss matters including above all the situation in the Arab world, the Middle East peace process and topical European issues.
