Talks between Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle and his Moldovan counterpart Iurie Leanca will focus on the Transdniestria conflict as well as relations between the European Union and Moldova.

The meeting is to take place at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow (Tuesday). The two Foreign Ministers last met under the aegis of the Weimar Triangle in Bydgoszcz, Poland, on 20 May. Federal Minister Westerwelle visited Moldova in June 2010, becoming the first German Foreign Minister ever to do so.
