Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is to meet Pham Gia Khiem, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, for bilateral talks on Thursday, 9 June.

The main issues to be discussed will be the shaping of the strategic partnership between Viet Nam and Germany, the further expansion of economic relations, as well as the dialogue on the rule of law.
