Federal Minister Westerwelle condemns bomb attack in Jerusalem
Commenting on today’s bomb attack in the immediate vicinity of Jerusalem’s central bus station which, it is reported, has killed one person and injured dozens more, Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle today (23 March) issued the following statement:
“I condemn this perfidious attack in the strongest terms. There can be no justification for such an act. Our thoughts and our profound sympathy are with the people of Jerusalem. I wish a swift recovery to the many who have been injured.
Terror and hatred must not be allowed to undermine the quest for peace and a modus vivendi in the region.”
