Federal Minister Westerwelle condemns attack on German aid worker
Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle expressed his deep sadness at the death of a German aid worker in Afghanistan and issued the following statement today (25 December):
“I condemn this abhorrent act in the strongest possible terms. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to the family of our deceased fellow countryman. I wish his injured Afghan colleague a speedy recovery.”
