Federal Minister Westerwelle condemns violence in Iraq

More than 60 people were reported killed and hundreds injured in multiple bombings today in Baghdad. Today’s attacks followed the deaths on Sunday of dozens of people, many among them Christians, who were taken hostage in a Catholic church in the Iraqi capital. Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle issued the following statement today (2 November):
