Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle will tomorrow (6 October) meet his Sudanese counterpart Ali Karti for talks at the Federal Foreign Office.

The talks will focus on the peace process in the Sudan, the implementation of the planned referendums in early 2011, the situation in Darfur and the international community’s engagement in the Sudan. Foreign Minister Westerwelle will also present the Federal Government’s new Sudan concept.
