On Thursday (20 May) Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is to receive Ms Kristalina Georgieva, European Commissioner for International Cooperation, Humanitarian Aid and Crisis Response, and Mr Michel Barnier, European Commissioner for Internal Market and Services. The talks are to focus on current developments in the policy fields the two Commissioners cover and to include an exchange of views on the European agenda, in particular steps to tackle the financial crisis and the establishment of the European External Action Service.
