Federal Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, currently on a trip to Africa, has telephoned Kazakh Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Kanat Saudabayev about the situation in Kyrgyzstan.
Both agreed that everything possible must be done to help defuse the situation and restore law and order in the country.
