Werner Hoyer, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office, will tomorrow (Tuesday, 1 December) attend the 17th Ministerial Council of the Organization for Security and Co operation in Europe (OSCE) in Athens.

The focus of this year’s meeting of OSCE foreign ministers will be European security issues in the framework of the so-called Corfu Process. The main political issue on the agenda will be the launch of a European security dialogue between the 56 OSCE participating states.
