“Germany and Rwanda share a long history of friendly relations. In the mutual interest of both countries and their peoples, they want to look forward and have agreed to work together to iron out matters disagreed up on.

Following this, and as a visible sign of their resolve, Germany and Rwanda have agreed to post to each others capitals new heads of their respective missions in the near future.”
