Opening speech
On April 25, Federal Minister Steinmeier opened the conference marking the 10 year anniversary of the Chemical Weapons Convention. He was joined on stage by the Director-General of the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons, Amb. Rogelio Pfirter, and the Commissioner of the Federal Government for Arms Control, Amb. Friedrich Gröning.
