On 14 and 15 November, Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel will be in Rome, where he will hold bilateral talks with his Italian counterpart Angelino Alfano. After their meeting, the two foreign ministers plan to give a joint press conference. The focus will be on European and international issues.

To mark the establishment of diplomatic relations between Germany and the Order of Malta, Foreign Minister Sigmar Gabriel will also meet with the Grand Chancellor of the Sovereign Order of Malta, Albrecht Freiherr von Boeselager.
