We condemn the attack in Kabul today in which once more so many people were killed or injured. Most of them were young police officers working to bring security to their fellow citizens. Germany has for years been working to build up and train the Afghan police force. We grieve with the families of the victims. We stand firm at the side of the Afghan people who yearn for peace and security.
