On 14 January the German-Croatian Forum will take place in Berlin. Its aim is to contribute to the further strengthening of cooperation with the new EU member state Croatia. Anyone wishing to participate in this event is requested to register by 10 January.
Croatia joined the European Union just a few months ago. From the beginning, Germany supported the country on its path towards accession. What are German-Croatian relations like today? How can Croatia contribute towards shaping the EU’s future? What can the two countries do to foster progress in the EU, especially with regard to the key topics on this year’s agenda?
The German-Croatian Forum will address these and many more questions at the Federal Foreign Office in Berlin from 11.30 a.m. on 14 January. From 1.00 p.m. Minister of State Roth will discuss the “Future of Europe – Germany and Croatia” with high-level representatives from both countries.
A few places are still available. Anyone wishing to take part is requested to sign up by 10 January. Please note that you must register in order to participate.
