Franco-German meeting in Paris

Michael Georg Link, Minister of State at the Federal Foreign Office and Commissioner for Franco-German Cooperation, met his counterpart Bernard Cazeneuve, French Minister Delegate for European Affairs, in Paris on 18 December.

As he began to address the parliamentarians, Minister of State Link said:

Germany and France remain the motor of the European Union, a prime example of reconciliation between peoples, two countries who preserve European culture – hand in hand with their European partners.
