There was a good and intensive discussion on legal issues related to the constitutional reform for further decentralisation in Ukraine and on drawing up special regulations for certain areas in Donetsk and Luhansk. Our impression was that all sides became even more aware of the sensitivity of the legal issues as regards implementing the Minsk agreements. We hope that a positive momentum can develop for the political process.
