- date of issue
Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle is travelling to Rome tomorrow (19 December) to join his Italian counterpart Giulio Terzi in receiving the German-Italian historians commission’s final report.

The report, which specifically investigated the fate of wartime Italian military internees, also includes concrete recommendations for the creation of a common culture of memory.
As of tomorrow afternoon the final report will be available in German at www.diplo.de , as will an accompanying joint ministerial declaration.
