Foreign Minister Westerwelle to meet colleagues from South-Eastern Europe

Tomorrow evening (22 November), Foreign Minister Westerwelle will be joined by his Hungarian counterpart as well as by foreign ministers and senior officials from the countries of the Western Balkans and senior officials of the Turkish Government and the US Administration for dinner in Villa Borsig in Berlin.

The meeting takes place on the eve of the Conference of South-Eastern European Foreign Ministers organized jointly by the Aspen Institute, the Hungarian Embassy and the Federal Foreign Office on 23 November. The dinner will provide an opportunity for an informal exchange on current developments in South-Eastern Europe and on the European perspective of the countries of the Western Balkans.

The Foreign Minister has invited Dr Janós Martonyi (Hungary), Dr Edmond Panariti (Albania), Dr Zlatko Lagumdžija (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Dr Enver Hoxhaj (Kosovo), Dr Vesna Pusić (Croatia), Nikola Poposki (FYR of Macedonia), Nebojša Kaluđerović (Montenegro), Zoran Vujic (Serbia) and Gregor Krajc (Slovenia). They will be joined by Hasan Göğüş (Turkish Foreign Ministry) and Philip Reeker (US Department of State).
