“I am deeply dismayed to learn that several victims were claimed in today’s bomb blast in the government district of Ankara. I would like to express my sincere condolences to the families of those who were killed and to the many injured.
I condemn this terrorist act in the strongest possible terms. There can be no justification for any act of blind violence and terrorism against innocent people.”
